Parents & Couples Counseling ~ Online!

The parenting roller coaster ride can be amazingly fun, or utterly exhausting. I've been there!  You try your best, yet sometimes feel overwhelmed. You deserve a life which feels balanced, energized, and fun.  Let's break down this parenting adventure into simple (but not always easy) steps.

Our goal is to work together to identify new tools for your "parenting toolkit" which you can use immediately. The results?  Responses to challenging behavior are consistent, loving, and healthy. Partnered or as a sole parent, we work to identify your unique parenting style and fine tune it. 

 For couples,  we can address communication challenges, resolving conflict, creating more empathy + intimacy, and building back trust. This may or may not relate to parenting, but the goal is the same: create a harmonious home. 

My 25 + years of counseling is rooted in simple and relevant behavioral approaches.  I integrate Positive Discipline techniques and Mindfulness for what I call "Parenting Strategy Sessions".  Helping parents cooperatively team up is my specialty. I'm dedicated to creating an inclusive space and welcoming to ALL. This includes the possibility of including your child in a conversation.

I have a Masters in Counseling and am licensed as a School Counselor K-12 in Oregon.  I'm also certified as a Trauma Informed Coach.
