You try your best as a parent or teaming up as a couple, yet sometimes feel overwhelmed.
This roller coaster ride can be amazingly fun, or utterly exhausting. Let's work together to identify new tools for your "communication toolkit" which you can use immediately. The goal: positively impacting your relationships to create more balance and harmony in your life.
I'm a Portland Oregon based Parent Educator and Counselor with 25 years experience providing practical parenting advice. I'm enthusiastic about working with you to learn new cooperative co-parenting skills, resolve conflicts as a couple, or strategies to thrive as a sole parent. I'm a big fan of goal setting, positive psychology, experiential homework between sessions, and measuring success.
My work includes developing fun workshops for parents and teachers. All presentations are certified through the Oregon Registry and Washington Merit systems for clock hour credit.
